    Empower frontline workers to improvements

Innovation starts with people. Empower everyone in your organisation to make work better daily and identify areas for continuous improvements in processes, operations, waste reduction and time savings.

Create an environment that nurtures innovation and fosters a sense of ownership and pride among those who contribute.

Track suggestions and see where to take action.

    Disruptive innovation

Streamline a way in which the best ideas come to the surface

Use an online suggestion box and brainstorm ideas to discover new markets, technologies, products, or services which can create change management at your company.

    People-focused platform

    Innovations first start with people

Overcome top-down bureaucratic barriers to successful innovation with a bottom-up approach. GetHerd has a people-first approach, because innovation and insight starts with people.

    Optimise cost or waste reduction

Surface and resolve emerging problems quickly

Identify process protocols and products which can be improved in order to save time, money, and resources or reduce waste.

    Transform customer experience

Drive better service and loyalty with customers

Evaluate and develop customer-centric ideas, gather them either internally or externally through varied co-creation initiatives. Identify hidden opportunities which can improve the customer experience to unlock more revenue opportunities or increase customer satisfaction.

  • Always-on, anywhere, anytime

Whether your teams are remote, field-based, local or global, employees

who feel heard are 4.6 times more likely to perform their best work.

Employee engagement has evolved and is no longer about asking people how they feel over and over again. It is about acknowledging that teams are experts at what they do and therefore know how things can be done better.

Our software captures ideas the moment they happen, rather than months after the fact. Within the tools you already use such as email, social intranets or messaging apps. This information is crucial in improving processes, reducing waste, saving time and boosting morale and creating better customer experiences.
